Thank you for shopping at Blacklight Lures. We ship all orders from our home base in Australia.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes
Blacklight Lures ships to P.O. boxes within Australia. For international orders, please provide a physical street address if required by your local courier.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Blacklight Lures is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
We take responsibility for your order until it reaches your door.
